Ask about days on market, previous price reductions, inspection results, and why the seller is moving. Ask about the neighborhood's school ratings, property taxes, and HOA details.

Timing Matters

Visit early or late to spend more time with the agent. Check the condition of the property—is it clean and staged well? Are utilities on? Is the AC working during warm months?
