Of the the Antelope Valley communities that closed enough June 2026 sales to support a median, Lancaster is the lowest at $465,000 across 167 closed sales.
Why this is the honest answer
Cheaper markets exist inside the Antelope Valley on paper, but they closed too few sales in June 2026 to support a median — below twelve sales, one transaction moves the figure more than the market does. Ranking a one-sale community against an eighty-five-sale one would produce a cheaper-looking answer and a less true one. The communities that publish, and the ones that do not, are all listed on the the Antelope Valley roll-up.
